Weather protection allows your customers to get reimbursed if bad weather is forecast. This lets you focus on delivering exceptional adventures, knowing your customers will be reimbursed if rain or high temperatures are forecast to impact their ride (excluding snowmobiles).

Sensible Weather Guarantee
When customers finalize their booking online, they will be presented the option to
add Sensible Weather’s Weather Guarantee to an eligible booking. The price will vary depending on the risk of rain for their reservation date.

How It Works
No claims, no hassle. Customers receive an email indicating "Good Weather—enjoy your rental" or "Bad weather—claim your reimbursement." Sensible Weather handles the entire payout process, ensuring your revenue remains unaffected.

Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellation: If canceled more than one day before the rental, the Sensible Weather protection fee is reimbursed, and your cancellation policy applies.

Same-Day Cancellation: Sensible Weather protection cannot be canceled or reimbursed on the same day. This does not impact your cancellation policy.
*Availability: Not available for same-day bookings or walk-ins but can be added when booked over the phone (not on the same day).
